Gym equipment will be required for this guide. 4 weeks of core training, 3 days per week. Includes beginner and advanced options. I encourage all participants to repeat this program as many times as desired and feel improvement each time through. Programs will never expire, so this is yours to keep forever.

Medicine ball or light dumbbells, yoga/stability ball, cable towers, and a bench.
